DONATIONS AND IN-MEMORIAMS
Donations and In-Memoriams can be submitted to the Nipigon District Memorial Hospital by:
1. Mailing a cheque payable to the Nipigon District Memorial Hospital, P.O. Box 37, Nipigon, ON P0T 2J0.
2. Submitting cash or a cheque at the Nipigon District Memorial Hospital Business Office in person. Office Hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
3. Place a telephone call to the Nipigon District Memorial Hospital (807)887-3026 Extension "0" and have the donation charted to a VISA or Master Card.
The Hospital will send a receipt in the mail or provide a receipt on-site. If a donation is made In Memory of someone, a card will be sent to the family member indicating that a donation has been made to the Hospital and the name of the person or family making the donation.
If you wish your donation to be directed to a specific program, service or piece of equipment, please make sure that you clearly indicate your wish when making the donation.
Each and every donation is appreciated and assists the hospital to purchase new equipment, provide educational opportunities and enhance existing services and programs.
