Medical Day Care Program
The Hospital's Medical Day Care Program is two-fold. Not only does it benefit the client who attends the program, but it also benefits the family member who has primary responsibility as a caregiver. Caregivers can know that their loved one is safe and supervised between the weekday, daytime hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.
We provide a daytime program for adults over the age of 65 years to help them maintain their health and independence. The client will enjoy the opportunity to socialize with peers, participate in exercise, enjoy entertainment and recreational activities, and reeive one hot meal and two snacks.
The client is responsible for providing and administering his/her own medication while attending the Medical Day Care Program.
The client is responsible for his/her own transportation to and from the Hospital.
